i work in a senior/lead capacity in learning analytics — somewhere between data, code, and helping people make sense of how students are learning and engaging in classrooms at the NU System.
before this, i built things end-to-end as a full-stack developer for ReSource Pro's Innovation Lab.
i have a master's in computer science from the university of nebraska-lincoln (2016).
i am many things at many times to many people. right now, this is one of them.

i am not a speciesist. i reject the idea that humans are superior to other animals, and that shapes how i eat, what i support, and how i try to show up in the world.
i went vegan in 2021, and i'm still unlearning and relearning things.

i also built a small tool for people like me, so we can spend less energy debating the debaters and more time actually being part of the solution:
outside of that, i run, lift, do yoga, read, volunteer with @aaasc-omaha and common root mutual aid, and hang out with my cats, coco, nacho, and yara.
